Services for Hattie S. Fleener, 94, of 4115 Leonard Springs Road, Bloomington, who died early Saturday at the Bloomington Hospital, will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Pentecostal Faith Assembly Church, Revs. Orville Frame and Michael Douglas officiating. Burial will be at Valhalla Memory Gardens.
Born Nov. 20, 1889, in Dutch Valley, Tenn., she was the daughter of George and Matilda (Hopson) Rockhold, She was the oldest member of the Pentecostal Faith Assembly Church in Bloomington.
Survivors include five daughters, Mary Edith Burke of Phoenix, Ariz, Rosezella H. Horton and Lelah V. Griner, both of Bloomington, Arella Elmore of Washington, Ind, and Opal M. Fleener of North Vernon: three sons, Alvin R. Fleener, William T. Fleener, Tom E. Fleener, all of Bloomington; 36 grandchildren, 76 great grandchildren, 35 great great grandchildren and three step grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Chris Fleener;, three sons, Alva Fleener, Jim Fleener and John Fleener, one daughter, Susie Fleener; one half-brother Millard Hopson; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Friends may call from 7:30 to 9 p.m. today and from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. on Monday at the Allen Funeral Home.
