Leona Margaret Wirta, 82, of High Springs, FL passed away at North Florida Regional Medical Center on Saturday, January 3, 2009. Ms. Wirta was born in Ozona, Florida. She was a retired phlebologist.
She is survived by her son, Curtis Crisel Sr. of High Springs; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Services will be held on Saturday, January 10 at 2 p.m. at the residence of Ronnie and Kathy Purvis, 354 S.W. Sullivan Lane, Fort White, Florida, with Mr. Brandon Cumbo officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Treatment & Research Center, Ramsey Foundation, 640 Jackson St., St. Paul, Minn., 55101. Arrangements are under the care of Evans-Carter Funeral Home, High Springs.
