Salyer, 55...died Monday in St. Joseph's Hospital, Ponca City, following an apparent heart attack.Services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in Bill Eisenhour Southeast Funeral Home with burial in Moore Cemetery.Salyer was born in Stringtown, Okla., and came to Oklahoma City in 1959. He was a carpenter.Survivors include six sons, Robert and John, both of Edmond; Sam, Paul, Patrick and Michael, all of the home; six daughters, Mrs. Janice Jay, Midwest City, Mrs. Sharon Mudd, Loogootee, Ind., Melissa, Brenda, Shelia and Jackie, all of the home; four sisters, Mrs. Maudie Caldwell, Midwest City, Mrs. Betty Spearman, Leavenworth, Kan., Mrs. Lillian Moore, Imperial, Calif., and Mrs. Nettie House, Hubbard, Ore., and five grandchildren."
