Larry had lived in Port Neches since 1981. He was a member of Rescue Mission Baptist Church in Cleburne, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Bobbie Boudreaux, brother, Jimmy Adair and his parents Lois and John Adair.
Survivors include his wife of forty years Shirley Adair; two daughters, Michelle Loyd and her husband Ronnie, Tamra Loyd and her husband Michael; seven grandchildren, Jennifer, Rocky, Amanda, James, Riley, Katelyn and Hunter; great grandson, Brayden; two brothers, Bobby and Donnie Adair, three sisters, Johnny Marie Gent, Charlotte Collins and Barbara Sorelle and his loving dog Tara.
