Lance Allen Green, 31, of Columbus, formerly of Commiskey, died at 4:29 p.m. Monday, Dec. 22, 2008, at Commiskey.
Mr. Green was employed as a union electrician and was a member of I.B.E.W., Local No. 481. He was a 1995 graduate of Jennings County High School and enjoyed fishing, hunting, playing softball, golfing and riding motorcycles.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Fu n e ra l Home in North Vernon with the Rev. Joe Mayes officiating. Calling will be from 10:30 a.m. until service time Saturday. Burial will be at Hopewell Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to Hospice of Jennings County.

Born May 24, 1977, at Madison, Mr. Green was the son of Mark Green and Leta Leveridge Green of Commiskey.
Survivors include his parents; his companion, Jennifer Hackman of Seymour; a brother, Mark (Chris) Green of Paris Crossing; a nephew, Bret Robbins of Paris Crossing; a grandmother, Evanna Green of North Vernon; and several aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by grandparents, Robert Green and Bruce and Ida Leveridge.

Lance Allen Green, 31, of Columbus died at 4:29 p.m. Monday, Dec. 22, 2008, near Commiskey as a result of injuries suffered in a truck wreck.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home with the Rev. Joe Mayes officiating. Visitation is from 10:30 a.m. until time of the service. Burial will be at Hopewell Cemetery near Commiskey.
Mr. Green was employed as a union electrician and was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local Union 481. He was a 1995 graduate of Jennings County High School. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, playing softball, golfing and riding motorcycles.

Surviving with his parents are one brother, Mark Green of Paris Crossing; one nephew, Bret Robbins; his paternal grandmother, Evanna Green of North Vernon; and his companion, Jennifer Hackman of Seymour.
