Abstract--age 71, of Newburg, formerly of Windham, Ohio, died Feb. 28, 1995 at Monongalia General Hospital, Morgantown, WV. She was born March 28, 1923, in Newburg, d/o the late Perry and Maude DeMoss McGinnis. She retired after 10 years with Polson Rubber Co., Garrettsville, Ohio. She is survived by two daughters, Jackie Johnson of Garrettsville, Ohio and Linda Armstrong of Mill Creek; two sons, Ronnie Shay of Windham, Ohio and Gary E. Shay of Garrettsville, Ohio; a brother, Clayton "Bud" McGinnis of Austin. She was preceded in death by her husband Russell Ronald Shay, on March 23, 1991; a sister, Idell Jean Myers; and four bothers, Jack, Lloyd, Dayton and James McGinnis. Burial was in the Shay's Chapel Cemetery.
