Betty Conner, 86, of Port Orange, FL passed away peacefully at home December 17th with friends and family by her side. Betty was a loving wife for 62 years to Ted Conner and devoted Mother of three children. Betty was born December 14th, 1927 in Westminister, Maryland. She and Ted met and married in Silver Springs, Maryland March 1st, 1952. They moved to the Daytona Beach area in 1954. Betty enjoyed quilting, crochet, and gardening. Betty was a devoted wife and mother and a member of the First Methodist Church Of Port Orange. She is survived by her husband Ted, and her three children Diane (Gary) Bradford of Charlotte, NC, Judy Norton of Simsbury, CT, Jeff (Cindy) Conner of Port Orange, and six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren. Funeral Service will be held Friday Dec. 20 at 11:00 AM at Shannon Maloney Funeral Home, Port Orange. Mark Malcolm officiating. Donations are welcome to Hospice of Port Orange.
