Linda Kay Slawson was born the fourth of six children to Mildred (Murphy) Slawson and Wilbur Glen Slawson. At the time of her death, she was survived by her parents, two brothers, Richard and David, and three sisters, Diane, Barbara and Theresa, her paternal grandmother, Ada Slawson, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
At the time of her death, Linda was living in Portland Oregan with her mom, brother David and sisters Barbara and Theresa. Linda's life ended when she was murdered in 1968 at the age of 19. Her body was never recovered.
