Relatives and friends may call at J Henry Stuhr, Inc., North Area Chapel this Tuesday evening, October 12, 2004 from six until eight o clock, where an Evening Vigil Service will be held at seven o clock. The family will also receive friends at Hillsman-Hix Funeral Home, Wednesday, October 13, 2004 from six until eight o clock. Services will be held at the Chapel at Virginia Veterans Cemetery, Amelia Courthouse, VA, Thursday, October 14, 2004 at a time to be announced. Born September 5, 1933 in Amelia Courthouse, Virginia, Mr. Aaron was the son of Herbert F. Aaron, Sr. and Annie P. Aaron. Mr. Aaron served his country in the United States Air Force for twenty years and retired as a Tech. Sgt. After his military service, Mr. Aaron worked for Sears and retired after twenty years.

He was a member of The Sons of the Confederacy, the American Legion, and the VFW.

Surviving Mr. Aaron are his wife, Marion L. Aaron; two daughters, Barbara Gail Aaron of Durham, NC and Stephanie A. Girlinghouse of DeVille, LA; two sons, Herbert F. Aaron III of DeVille, LA and Timothy Scott Aaron of Los Angeles, CA; one step-daughter, Barbara Irene Bunting of Rochester, NY; two step-sons, Robert Carl Gorzka of Rochester, NY and Michael Joseph Gorzka of Bradenton, FL; eleven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Friends of the Hunley, PO Box 21600, Charleston, SC 29413-1600.
