Daughter of Samuel Cowan and Mary Roberts. Granddaughter of Humphrey and Mattie Cowan Roberts.

Margret Roberts married William Robert Alexander Berryhill abt. 1860. They lived in Marion County, Alabama. She moved from Alabama to Texas after William died in 1899. She is buried in Pleasant Springs Cemetery with many of her Berryhill relatives.
