Funeral services, with full military honors, for Sergeant First Class Patrick Glen Henderson, U.S. Army, 35, of Henderson, was held at 2 p.m. Friday, Sep. 26th.
Burial will follow in Mattox Cemetery of Diana.
Patrick was born in Tyler, and he was a former resident of Diana. He was a highly decorated infantryman in the U.S. Army for the past 15 years and a combat veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. His final posting was as an Army recruiter.
He was a member of the Longview Masonic Lodge No. 404 and a member of a motorcycle club. Patrick was also a member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Longview.
He was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Glen Henderson; and his sister, Terri Lynn Henderson.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife and four children of Henderson; mother of Diana; three brothers and numerous other relatives.
