He was united in marriage to Loretta Ellen Oliver, at Crescent, Okla., on December 24, 1894. They celebrated their fifty-fifth wedding anniversary last December. Six children were born to the union, one son, and five daughters.

McKenzie, Belleville; and one brother, Ernest A. Campbell Wayne.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, a brief service at the family home, preceding the services at the Wayne Methodist church, with the Rev. John Frint of Alton assisted by the Rev. Ray Edwards, officiating. Graveside services were conducted by the Masonic lodge of Cuba. Internment was at the Union cemetery, Wayne.
