Marvin D. Morrison, 44, of Muskogee passed away Wednesday, September 3, 2008 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Marvin was born January 7, 1964 in Muskogee to Marvin Leo & Patricia (Sherlock) Morrison.
Marvin loved horses and trains. He enjoyed eating hamburgers and drinking Coke. His favorite TV show was "The Price is Right" with host, Bob Barker.
Marvin was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Sharlita Morrison. Those left to cherish his memory are his brothers & sisters-in-law, Vernon & Becky Morrison and Eldon "Buddy" & Julia Morrison, all of Robins Roost, OK; his sisters & brothers-in-law, LaJuana & Jerry Jenkins, Sr. of Porter, OK and Lynette & Bill Haynes of Robins Roost, OK; his daddy, Robert Cason of Muskogee, OK; one uncle and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and great nieces and nephews.
The family would like to express special thanks to Bios, Robin Reece and Evergreen Hospice, Options, DDSD, OCA and many others who have made a difference in Marvin's life.
A celebration of the life of Marvin Morrison will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, September 8, 2008 at the Bradley Belltower Chapel with Bobby Jenkins officiating. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, Porter OK with Billy Haynes, Vernon Morrison, Wesley Edgar, Michael Morrison, Tyson Walker and James Short serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Jesse Wagnon, Jerry Jenkins, Jr. and Timmy Jenkins.
The family has entrusted Bradley Family Funeral Service of Muskogee with the arrangements.
