Carol Ann Whitmer, 62, of 615 Florida Ave, Lynn Haven, passed away Thursday, May 29, 2008 at Bay Medical Center.Carol was born June 2, 1945 in Columbus, Ohio, a daughter of the late Glenn and Bessie Predmore Whitmer.She was a logistics associate for Bay Medical Center when she retired after 30 years. She was a member of Bear Creek Assembly. Her family remembers her as extremely optimistic and a cheerful giver. Carol enjoyed her many crafts, her pets, and her many friends.She is survived by two sons: Robert Whitmer and his wife Kim of Callaway, Bobby Lee Whitmer and his wife Bridgett of Roswell, New Mexico and 6 grandchildren. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 3, 2008 at 10:00AM, graveside at Evergreen Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Perry Dissmore assisted by the Rev. Danny Davis officiating. The family will receive friends on Monday, June 2, 2008 from 5-8PM in the chapel of Kent Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
