Mrs. Martha Lozella Koehn, 70, died Wednesday in a Salt Lake hospital after a lingering illness.
Born in Cottonwood, Jan 19, 1878, she was a daughter of Isaac and Mary Jane Green Ferguson. Her husband, Mathew Koehn died in 1931.
She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, active in the Sandy Third LDS ward.
Survivors include five sons, Garland, Merlin and Lavar Koehn, all of Sandy; William Koehn, Salt Lake City and the fifth, adopted by a relative, Ervin Ferguson. Salt Lake City;
two daughters, Mrs. Mamie Jenkins, Union, and Mrs. Helen Olson, Murray; 14 grandchildren; a great-grandchild, two sisters, Mrs. Minnie (Mary Jane) Kuykendall, Cottonwood, Mrs. Flossie Burkinshaw, Sandy; seven brothers, Roy and William Ferguson, both of Sandy; Stanley Ferguson, Murray; Beldon Ferguson, Tooele; Earl Ferguson, Brigham, Box Elder County; Hammond Ferguson, Los Angeles, and George Ferguson, Cottonwood.
