Daughter of Gerrit Jan Jentink Sr. (1832 – 1910) & Frederika Lubbers (1836 – 1917)
The following information was sent to me via a Find a Grave "Suggest a Correction" - Figured I better pass it on for the family trees out there that could utilize it to correct their personal information.
This suggestion comes from Findagrave member, Mary Beecroft Taylor (#47163734) - This is essentially what was sent to me:
"Willard was not one of John (Jan) Henry & Harmelink's children. Mabel, Willard, Harry and Joyce were all children of Joseph Harmelink (John Henry's brother). After Joseph died on 5 May 1919, his wife Hattie married Joseph's brother John. That happened on 8 Apr 1920. The two of them had one daughter, Elizabeth June. BEFORE John married Hattie, he was married to Dora Henryete Jentink. John and Dora had 8 children: Garrit, John, Herman, Freda Gezena, Donald, Harold, and Dorothy."

Later, I received this addition: "Freda's middle name is Gazina (the family referred to her as Gezena). They are the same little girl (1910-1913)."
