Rob was born April 4, 1965 in Watseka to Richard and Loretta (Hedrick) Chase. His mother survives in Bourbonnais and his father in Gilman.
Also surviving are a brother thomas of Gilman a sister and brother-in-law Carla and Tracy Earles of Kankakee, his maternal grandmother and step grandfather, Byrtle and Arnold Webster of Pekin and two nieces of Kankakee.
he was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Jessie Hedrick and his paternal grandparents Robert and Elizabeth Chase.
Rob was a member of St. Paul Lutheran church of Gilman and also a graduate of Gilman high School with the class of 1983.
A loading dock employee for the Ace Pool Car Co. in Chicago
he was a member of the Teamsters Union.
Rob also served with the United States marines.
