Clarence F. (Bud) Boyd, lifetime resident of Seattle passed away on September 2l, 2007, at the age of 89. Born in Seattle, September 20, l9l8, Bud attended Coe Elementary School and graduated Queen Anne High School in l936. He served in the U.S. Army with the 708th Railway Grand Division during W.W. II. Bud was employed with the Burlington Northern Railroad (formerly the Great Northern Railway) for forty-two years before retiring in l978. He was preceded in death by Matilda Kay Boyd, his wife of fifty years.
Bud is survived by a brother Jack R. Boyd, Seattle, WA, twin daughters Suzanne Dunn, Denver, Co., Joanne Dunn, Enumclaw WA, a son Thomas C. Boyd Renton, WA, three loving grandchildren: Erin Dunn, San Diego CA, Corrine Dunn, Denver CO, Kyle C. Dunn, Seattle WA, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held at 11a.m., on Saturday, October 6th, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Enumclaw, WA.
