LENOIR - Fulmer Frank Griffin Sr., 68, died July 22, 2000, at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte.
Born Sept. 28, 1931, in York County, S.C., he was a son of the late John F. and Samantha Elrod Griffin.
He attended Whitnel United Methodist Church and retired from Wal-Mart as a truck driver.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Tom Griffin.
Survivors include his wife, two sons, two daughters, two sisters and six grandchildren.
Burial will be in Blue Ridge Memorial Park.
