Mrs. Rose Edna Ward Tester, 86, of Lenoir, died Sept. 16, 2005 at Carolina's Medical Center in Charlotte. She was born Jan. 2, 1919 in Watauga County to William and Maude Tester Ward.
Mrs. Tester was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sons, Basil, Olan and Kenneth Tester; a daughter, Leta Kay Steele; four brothers and one sister.
