Edward J. Prock, 83, a carpenter, died Friday [13 Jun] at home. Mr. Prock of 370 S. W. Seventh Place, Vero Beach, moved to Indian River County 25 years ago from Saratoga Springs, N. Y. He was a member of the carpenter’s union and of St. Helen’s Catholic Church in Vero Beach.
Survivors include his [step] son, Lyman Ellsworth of Denver; sister Agnes Prock [a/k/a Proch] of Saratoga Springs; two [step] grandchildren; seven [step] great-grandchildren.
Calling hours are 7 to 9 p.m. today at Cox-Gifford Funeral Home in Vero Beach. A Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled for 9 a.m. Tuesday at St. Helen’s Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Crestlawn Cemetery in Vero Beach.
