Yvonne Acevedo, 54, of Stratford, CT, beloved wife of Pedro T. Acevedo entered into peaceful rest suddenly in Bridgeport Hospital, Bridgeport, CT. Yvonne was born in New York City, New York. She moved to the Bridgeport area in the 1970's and 18 months ago to Stratford. She is the daughter of Rafael Rios and Pura Rios Pantojas and her husband Guillermo Torres. She was employed at ABCD where she was a Daycare Teacher's Aide. In addition to her husband and parents she is survived by Rosalinda Rodriguez and Cecilia Rodriguez; her brother Fredrick Rios of Bridgeport; sisters Magaly Rios and Martha Piazza of Brideport. She was predeceased by her brothers Robert Rios and Jorge L. Santos and her sister, Nancy Garcia. A Mass of Christian Burial was held in St. Ambrose Church.
