His first wife was Gladys Curtis, married 25 Oct 1925. They had moved to Knoxville, Knox, TN. They had one son there that lived one day, born 5 May 1926, died 6 May 1926. He was buried in Asheville, NC.
First husband of Eunice Dimples Rice. He was 40 years older then she and they had no children. They were married abt 10 years, 1955/56, till his death in 1965.
My Aunt Eunice was the only one in town driving around in a cadillac. My uncle was a man with money, but was not a nice man.
