Carolyn Register McCullough, 46, died Wednesday, Aug. 24, following a long illness.
She worked for the Credit Bureau in Jacksonville and was a member of Bostwick Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Bernard Register and Jerry Register.
She is survived by her husband, William E. McCullough of Marietta, Ga.; three stepsons, Michael E. McCullough and Richard C. McCullough, both of Anchorage, Alaska, and Ronald C. McCullough of Jacksonville; six sisters, Betty Hurd of Jacksonville, Donna Dosio of Middleburg, Loretta Chapman and Joyce Russell, both of Murfreesboro, Tenn., and Sylvia Payne and Brenda Lewis, both of Spokane, Wash.; and three brothers, Donald Register and Roy Register, both of Bostwick, and Randy Register of St. Augustine.
The funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday at the Bostwick Baptist Church with Rev. Jesse Wooten officiating. Burial will be in Bostwick Cemetery.
