WILLIAM C. FRESH SR., 75, 4020 Champion Road, Titusville, died Wednesday. Born in Birdsville, KY, son of Edward Harrison Fresh and Mary Catherine "May" Trail Fresh, he moved to Titusville in 1925.

He was a retired life insurance salesman.

He was member of the American Legion.

He was a World War II veteran.
