Mrs. Eleanor B. "Rabbit" Johnson Canty, 87, of Simpsonville, South Carolina, passed on Saturday, October 29, 2022, at McCall Hospice House. Born in Easley, South Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Mayshack and Lillian Riley Johnson. She was married to her children's father, the late W.C. Williams for 36 years. 

She was the widow to the late Emanuel Canty for 25 years. 

Surviving: two daughters, Jeanette Simpson (Anthony) Timms of Simpsonville, SC and Ann Williams of Greenville, SC; two sons, C.W. (Phyllis) Williams of Dallas, TX and John (Shelia) Williams of Simpsonville, SC; two sisters, Annie (Mickey) Walker of Chicago, IL and Martha Webb of Easley, SC; two brothers, Walter Johnson and Milton (Emma) Johnson, both of Easley, SC; sixteen grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
