Bret A. Helterbran, 33, a former local resident, died Wednesday, May 7, 2008, in Macon, Ga.
Born Aug. 9, 1974, in Lafayette, he was the son of Terry and Sandy Helterbran of Rock Hill, S.C.
Mr. Helterbran was educated at Jefferson High School, where he was a member of the First Edition. He worked in the retail business.
Surviving with his parents is a brother, Brian Helterbran of Waurika, Okla.
Services are 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 13, at Tippecanoe Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations to charity of choice.
