Oliver M. Rogers, son of Richard and Elizabeth Rogers, was born at Heber Springs, Arkansas, September 18, 1868 and passed away at the Barry County Hospital following a short illness on August 7, 1950 at the age of 81 years 11 months and 21 days.

He was married to Minnie Hamilton in 1889 to this union two sons and two daughters were born.

He professed faith in Christ early in life and was at the time of his passing a faithful member of the Church of God.

He leaves to mourn his passing his wife and four children; and many other relatives and friends.

He was a kind and loving husband and father and will be sadly missed by all.

Funeral Services were held Thursday afternoon at 2 P. M. at the Mt. Pleasant church near Butterfield; burial in the church cemetery; conducted by the Rev. C. V. Mauch of Butterfield, Under direction of Culver's.
