Vern Thomason was the son of George Washington Thomason, and Louisa Thomason from Lacona, Iowa
He joined the military, going to boot camp in WA state; afterwards had a sheep ranch in Montana, where he lived out his life in Jordan.
Vern had four brothers, the first died at birth. Then came Lloyd Lorenz Thomason, Park Thomason, and Ernest Thomason.
Vern stayed a bachelor his entire life; his nephew Robert L Thomason stayed with him as a young man….Robert was my father, and had great stories about living with Vern
In his late 80's Vern moved into a Veterans home, where he died in 1981
