He was a veteran aerospace machinist and quality inspector for 37 years, beginning in 1965 at Rockwell, later Lockheed Martin, and retiring from United Space Alliance in 2003.
His kids and grandkids were the light of his life and his work with people in recovery was his joy and gift.
He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Sylvia Carringer, his six children and their wives, Wayne Carringer Sr. (Barbara), David Carringer (Karen), Melissa Hammond-Nickell (Kendall), Chris DeLoach (Pamela), Derrick DeLoach (Salena), and Angie DeLoach, and his 12 grandchildren.
A viewing will be held Friday, April 25th, from 6 to 8pm at North Brevard Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 26th at 2pm at Central Church in Titusville.
Donations can be made in lieu of flowers to Liberty Lodge, 4235 Mt. Sterling Ave., Titusville, FL 32780.
