Mr. Abercrombie was born on October 1st, 1953 in Pickens County to the late Hoyt Winslow Abercrombie and the late Sarah JoAnn Parks.
Jackie was in the automobile business where he detailed cars for years. He loved old cars, especially driving his 1963 ½ red Ford Falcon. He was a wonderful daddy and brother. He was a member of the Liberty Baptist Church and the Classic Country Car Club of Ellijay.
Survivors include daughter, Ashley Nichole Abercrombie of Chattanooga, TN; three brothers, Johnny Abercrombie of Ellijay, GA, Bobbie (Julie) Abercrombie of Ellijay, GA, and Ronnie (Sue) Abercrombie of Ellijay, GA; two sisters, Cathy (Ronnie) Wright of Ellijay, GA, and Lou Ann Wright of Jasper, GA, extended generations.
Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, January 14th, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Yukon Cemetery.
