Mr. Homer Patterson ""Pat"" Brenaman, Jr., 84, died December 1, 2014 at Forsyth Medical Center following a lengthy illness. Pat was born April 5, 1930 in Welch, WV to the late Homer and Myrtle Brenaman, Sr. Pat is survived by his love of 20 years, Jean Britt and their children, Dianne Propst (Robert), Eddie Brenaman (Lisa), Bryant Brenaman, Sheila Britt Smith (Jeff), Lynne Britt Moore (Ricky), Jay Britt, Gail Britt Booie and 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. He is also survived by a sister, Roberta Martus (Don) of Jumping Branch, WV and numerous nieces and nephews. Pat worked as a mechanic. He also served in the U.S. Navy. He was an avid NASCAR fan and raced on dirt tracks in South Carolina. His favorite pastime was spent with his family and his love, Jo. He also never met a stranger.
