The only time I remember seeing him, I was laying in the back of a station wagon with a broken leg and we were driving through Oklahoma City. My Uncle Clarence was driving and saw Richard walking down the street and honked and hollered hello at him.
Richard is truly a sad story. He was the youngest of the family. He had the same opportunities as all the children. However, alcohol had its hold on him. He didn't come around the family. When he died, no one was notified. I am not sure how one of my uncles happened to find out and was able to claim his body.
