Cornelia Robinson, 93, of Little Rock, died Wednesday, October 29, 2008 following a lengthy struggle with Alzheimer's disease. She was one of seven children born to Joseph and Sarah Bennett Bates. Cornelia was a member of Baring Cross Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Herzog H. Robinson, parents and siblings.

She is survived by her daughter Lucinda Tackett (Buddy), grandchildren Elizabeth Shields (Robert), Amy Tackett, Cindy Murphy (Mark) and three great-grandchildren.

Graveside service will be at Rest Hills Mausoleum in North Little Rock at 11:00 a.m., October 30, 2008, with Deacon Bo McAllister officiating. Arrangements made by Roller-Owens Funeral Home (501-791-7400).

The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff at Briarwood Nursing Facility, Dr. Abdelah and Odyssey Hospice for their loving care.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of choice.
