Services for Plumer Leealla McCracken, 90, Wellsville, will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Bruce Funeral Home in Gardner. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Arnheart Cemetery in Purdy, Mo.

Mrs. McCracken died Monday, June 13, 2005, at Wellsville Manor in Wellsville.

She was born Oct. 6, 1914, in Rome, Ga., the daughter of Daniel and Nettie Ann Shaw Childress. She grew up in Missouri and lived in California, Edgerton and Lawrence before moving to Wellsville.

Mrs. McCracken was a homemaker and a member of Eudora Assembly of God.

She married Mack McCracken on May 23, 1933, in Purdy. He died in 1975.

Survivors include two sons, Norman McCracken and Willard McCracken, both of Edgerton; a daughter, Lilly Davis, Lawrence; two sisters, TennieTennison, Monett, Mo., and Bessie Smith, Roseburg, Ore.; a brother, Ray Childress, Roseburg; 20 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Two daughters, Wilma Ruth Shockley and Hazel Virginia Davis, died earlier.
