She was the daughter of George Washington Grubbs and Julia Frances (Harlan) Grubbs of Illinois.


Pearly's siblings were Samuel, Bessie, Mary Almattie, Margaret, Myrtle Mae, and Daisy.


Pearly was the 2nd wife of John Henry Gage.

(no photo) Entered into Eternal Rest, Tuesday, Oct. 5, 1965. BEEBE - Mrs. Pearly Frances Gage, 78, of McRae (White County) died Tuesday. She was a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include three sons, Amyil Gage of Des Arc, Ray Gage of Kentucky and Floyd Gage of Michigan; five daughters, Mrs. Mae Coffman of McRae, Mrs. Evelyn Motes of Kentucky, Mrs. Pauline Langston and Mrs. Geneva Coates of Michigan and Mrs. Alidean Keith of Louisiana; two step-daughters, Mrs. Densie Dailey of McRae and Mrs. Jenni Adkins of Marianna; a sister, Mrs. Myrtle Whitfield of Alma; 24 grandchildren and 38 great-grandchildren. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday in McRae Church of Christ. Burial will be in Lebanon Cemetery by Westbrook Funeral Home. Bro. Pool and Ivan Motes will officiate. Pallbearers will be J. C. Smith, Robert Wiley, Glenn Barnett, Glesnard Scott, T. J. Soloman and Ivan Motes.
