Proceeded in death by mother, Ethel Turner and grandsons Gary and Michael Loy. Survivors: husband Henry H. Lowe;daughter and son-in-law Pat and C.L. Williams: stepdaughters and son-in-laws Brenda and Larry Henry, Vicki and Scott Allen. Granddaughter Wendi Loy.Step grandchildren Lori, Beth, Jessica Henry and Tyler Allen.Great grandchildren Amber and Kevinn Loy.Devoted friends Shirley Ogle, Betty Williams, and Diane Cockran, all of Knoxville. Several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services 8:30 p.m. Thursday at Stevens Chapel with Rev.Leland Lyon officiating.Pallbearers will be Eddie Rainwater Terry Cloussman,BobCarnes,Bill Carnes,Rick Adams,and Russ Rolen.Family will recieve friends 6:30-8:30 p.m.Thursday at Stevens Mortuary,Oglewood Ave.at Broodway. Family and friends will meet at the entrance to Greenwood Cemetery, Friday at 9:45 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. graveside service and interment.
