Mrs. Joyce Ann Hawkins Allen, age 77, of Cloudland, GA, died Tuesday, March 23, 2021, at Redmond Regional Medical Center.



Mrs. Allen was born August 15, 1943, in Cloudland, GA, daughter of the late Sidney Houston and Fannie Estell Downer Hawkins. Prior to her retirement, she had been employed with Tad's Quick Lube. She had also previously worked as a secretary at Bankston's Tire and Oil and First National Bank.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Allen was preceded in death by her siblings, Carolyn Hawkins Flarity, Linda Hawkins Holland, Billy Hawkins, Ernest Hawkins, and Clinton Hawkins.
