Deborah Gail Adkins, 56 of Huntington, WV, passed away May 18, 2023 at St. Mary's Medical Center in Huntington, WV. She was born on September 6, 1956, daughter of Shirley Adkins and the late Mark Jonathan Adkins. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her two brothers, Kenneth Michael and Mark Steven Adkins. She was a graduate of Marshall University and a retired school teacher. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her brother, Bryan (Carla) Adkins of Proctorville, OH. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Monday, May 22, 2023 at Henson & Kitchen Mortuary and Cremation Services, 6357 East Pea Ridge Road, Huntington, WV near Barboursville with Pastor Larry Greene officiating. Burial will follow at Woodmere Memorial Park in Huntington, WV. The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 21, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the mortuary.
