William H. Carter, age 59, died here last Friday morning after a short illness.
Funeral services and burial were held Saturday morning at the Union Grove Cemetery in the Harlem district.
The deceased is survived by his mother, Mrs. W. C. Carter; two brothers, F. B. Carter and C. E. Carter, all of Palatka; and three sisters, Mrs. Julia Terry and Mrs. N. E. Smith, both of Palatka, and Mrs. K. D. Tomlinson, of Green Cove Springs. Palatka Times-Herald Obituary dtd Friday, 17 Jul 1942.
