Frances went to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 25, 2011, at the age of 83. She lived and worked in the Visalia area as a Nurse for over forty years an will be missed by her family and all who knew her. She is survive by her son, Elvin Watkins and his wife Susan, daughter, Sherry Estabrooks and husband Brian, and five grandsons, an a brother Truman Clevenger an wife Dora. She is preceded in death by her husband, Gene Watkins, parent, Jess and Golden Clevenger and brother Bill Clevenger.
