Obituary of Dora C. Williams

Final Rites Conducted Friday for Mrs. Dora C. Williams

Final rites were conducted Friday morning at 10 o'clock at the Garner Methodist Church for Mrs. Dora C. Williams, 78, who passed away Wednesday, December 24, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. F.H. Neel of Little Rock. The Rev. J. M. Talkington was in charge of the services.
She was a member of the Garner Methodist Church and a member of the McRae Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star.
Surviving are two other daughters, Mrs. J.B. Dye of Portis, and Mrs. W. C. Dodd of Bald Knob, three sons, LeRoy Williams of North Little Rock, and Walter and Paul Williams, both of Little Rock, two sisters, Miss Victoria Scott and Mrs. Ann McCall of Portia, one brother, John Scott of DeQueen, ten grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

The choir sang, "Face to Face" and "My Faith Looks Up To Thee,". Mrs. D.R. Bullentine and Miss Virginia Rose Morris sang "Nothing Between."

Pall bearers were R. T. Noble, E. D. Duncan, Robert Gowen, C. R. Dubose, W. J. Leach, and J. S. Pennington.
Iinterment was in the Lebanon Cemetery at MeRae with the E. Chandler Funeral home in charge.
