She was born to Merlin "Pete" and Joan (Louck) Kerrigan, who survive. On June 25, 1988, she married Anthony Muhlenkamp, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Matthew Kerrigan, IO, and Nicholas Muhlenkamp, at home; three brothers, Jeff, Redkey, IN, Gary (Rita), Portland, and Randy (Connie), Kendalville, IN; and two sisters; Vicki (Alan) Mark and Cindy (Ken) Myers, all Portland.
She was treasurer for Parkway Local School District and a graduate of Jay County High School, Portland, and Ball State University, Muncie, IN.
Services are at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford, the Rev. Jeff Hammers officiating.
