He was a retired truck driver, was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church in New Middletown, was a U.S. Air Force veteran, and loved his cars and trucks.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Dortha Louise Anderson Albin; and his brothers, Vallis, William, Jr., Burrell and Ralph Albin.
Survivors include his son, Dennis E. Albin (Jeanie) of Corydon; his daughter, Paula Jane Newton (Jim) of Mauckport Indiana; his grandchildren, Jeff Albin (Tammy), Jim Albin (Kristina), and Victoria Lee; and his great grandchildren, Brandon Albin (Lauren), Meghan Albin, Jenna Albin, Jake Albin, and Blake Albin.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday, January 20, 2023 with Rev. Steve McAfee will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Corydon. Visitation will be from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. Thursday, and after 9:00 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
