Rogersville – May Ann Lipe Ferrell, died January 26, 1981, at Hawkins County Memorial Hospital after an extended illness.
She was born in Hawkins County (March 20, 1886). She was a daughter of Floyd Henry Lipe and Mary Klepper Lipe.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Cora Lee Ferrell.
She is survived by a daughter, Edith Haynes Ferrell; a son, Earl Henry Ferrell and wife Lena Mae; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday afternoon at Colboch-Price Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. William Harris officiating. Interment in Highland Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Allen Lawson, Dennis Ferrell, Steve Helton, Roy Lipe, Jack Lipe, and Otis Lipe. Music by Howes Chapel Quartet.
