ABERNATHY, FRANCES J. INGLE WHITE age 89, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones. Frances was lovingly known as "Memaw" by 8 grandchildren and multiple great-grandchildren. Memaw will be remembered for being full of life and always spunky. More importantly she was cherished and loved by all and will be greatly missed. Memaw's spirit will live on through her surviving son, Thomas B. White (Lee). Memaw was preceded in death by J.C. White and Larkin D. Abernathy. Graveside service was held on Friday, January 7, 2011, Rev. Ernest Hood officiated.
