CIMARRON – Mary Theresa Addison, 75, a loving, caring, kind, giving and the best wife, mother, and nana we could ask for died, Thursday, November 3, 2022 at Ascension Via Christi St. Francis in Wichita.
She was born December 26, 1946 at Dodge City, Kansas the daughter of Howard Jr. and Doris (Stuart) Benton. She was a lifetime area resident. Mary helped out with anything that needed to be done both inside and outside the home including farming.
Mary loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing. She was often traveling with her husband when they had some "down" time. She adored her grandchildren, always making sure to attend every event, they were her world.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
There will be a Celebration of Life held at a later date. There will be no public viewing, cremation has taken place.
The family suggests memorials to Children's Mercy Kansas City in care of Ziegler Funeral Chapel, 1901 N. 14th Ave., Dodge City, Kansas 67801.
