Marsha Louise Perez, 71 passed away on September 3, 2022.
Marsha was born February 8, 1951 in Brownwood, TX to parents Leona and Robert (Jake) and later graduated from Round Rock High School.
Marsha married her husband of 39 years Joe Andrew Perez on June 11, 1971 at Greater Faith Community Church in Brownwood, TX and began a life together that blessed them with 4 children.
Marsha loved her family as well as her church family at Coggin Avenue Baptist Church. She was always asking about her children's schooling and activities. She took pride in her children's successes. When her children were married, she was supportive and would often take their spouses side. Life got better when her grandchildren were around. She loved collecting photos of them and sharing memories with them. Marsha was truly the happiest when her family was around.
Marsha was preceded in death by her spouse Joe Perez; parents Leona McRight and Jake Templin; 1 sister: Sharon Kay; 2 brothers: Ronald Templin, Doug Templin; 1 grandson: Micah Perez; 1 niece Misty Pena; 1 nephew: Moses Perez.
Left to cherish her memories are her children Ruben Perez (Jenny) of Austin, MN, Tony Perez (Carrie) of Gatesville, TX, Jennifer Garcia (Joe) of Brownwood, TX, and Michael Perez (Joy) of Aledo, TX. 2 brothers; 6 sisters; 9 grandchildren: Hannah, Gideon, Timothy, Elena, Jose, Alexis, Maggie, Oscar, and Olivia and a host of family and friends.

Services will be Friday September 9, 2022 at 10 am at Coggin Avenue Baptist Church. Visitation will be held Thursday September 8, 2022 from 6-8pm at Brownwood Funeral Home. Interment will be at Greenleaf Cemetery following service.
