Catherine Smithey Ake departed this earth on Sunday, April 22, 2007. Left to cherish her memories are her husband Donnie AKe of Wewahitchka, FL; parents Virginia and Paul Smithey of Niceville, FL; one daughter Kimberly Condrey and her finance Robert Jones of Memphis, TN; stepson Toby Ake and his wife Jennifer of Wewahitchka, FL; three grandchildren Bri Condrey, Brandon Ake, and Natalie Ake; two brothers Paul Smithey of Narnia (Fort Worth, TX), and David Smithey of Irvine, CA; sister Victoria Morgan of Atlanta, GA; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM Friday, April 27, 2007, at the Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church in Wewahitchka, with Rev. Jerry R. Huft officiatting. Interment will follow in Buckhorn Cemetery. Visitation will be today, April 26,2007, from 6 to 8 PM at Glad Tidings Assemble of God Church in Wewahitchka. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Visions Bank under the name of Donald Ake.
