Carl K. Weikle, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Lee Weikle, Armona, went into the Navy in February, 1944. He took his training at Farragut, Idaho, and his training in basic engineering at Dearborn, Michigan, graduating in June, 1944. Weikle was in farming before entering the service. [jc]
My wonderful step father. He married Mom July 11, 1957 and had 2 sons. He was a retired Navy veteran. Worked for Armstrong Tire in Handford for 20 years. He died of cancer.
